ELPAC Sample Test

Sample versions of ELPAC  Paper 1 (Listening Comprehension) and Paper 2 (Oral Interaction) are now available.

The aim of the sample version of ELPAC Paper 1 - Listening Comprehension is to familiarise potential test takers with the structure and items of ELPAC  Paper 1. It will not assess the level of proficiency in the English language. At the end of the test a marking scheme listing suggested and inappropriate responses to individual test items will be presented. Test takers will also see the answers they gave and thus will be able to compare them with the suggested responses.

The aim of the sample version of ELPAC Paper 2 – Oral Interaction is to familiarise potential test takers with the structure and tasks of ELPAC Paper 2. There are three new videos presenting scenarios for Tower, Approach and En route controllers. A new PowerPoint presentation is for examiners and gives details of the structure and format of Paper 2.
