Who are the ELPAC project team members?

The ELPAC project is led by Adrian Enright (EUROCONTROL Luxembourg) and assisted by Magdalena Vecerova.

Adrian, with a background in ATC, is also the project leader for the new version of ELPAC (ELPACST) to enable student controllers to comply with the language proficiency requirements of the EC′s Directive on a Community ATC Licence.

Magdalena works as the external language testing consultant to the two projects.

Software development for Paper 1 is undertaken by ENOVATE A.S. of Bergen, Norway based on their successful BITE system and experience gained with the ADAPT-IT program.
